Both merchants and shoppers can utilize the site, join for free and submit listings. Presently, over 35 coupons from Manitou Springs downtown merchants are available for download on 80829.com.
“Our goal was to create a website that would be not only informative, but helpful for merchants, citizens and visitors to Manitou Springs,” said Kitty Clemens, Director of the Manitou Springs Economic Development Council. “80829.com has it all, and the merchant coupons add value to the Manitou shopping and sightseeing experience.” The coupons run the gamut from Manitou art galleries and restaurants (fine dining and casual) to boutiques and other retail shops.
Manitou Springs has its roots as a health resort and an artists’ colony and boasts a diverse population; support for the culinary, holistic, visual, literary and performing arts; and a colorful history. Manitou was recently lauded as one of the coolest small towns in the country by Budget Travel magazine.
